Three settlers. One campfire. A realm waiting to be saved. Ragnarök: Rise of the Nine Realms is a single-player incremental settlement game with hands-on gathering, village management and interactive adventures inspired by Norse mythology.

Build against the coming storm

Click the land’s resources, put villagers to work and grow your camp into a Viking town. Constructing and upgrading buildings refills your Ragnarök bar, buying precious time to expand. Your goal is to raise Yggdrasil’s shrine, protect the realm and continue your journey.

Rebuild with a stronger legacy

When Ragnarök overtakes your town, your earned legacy remains. Spend realm-specific Legacy Points in a branching constellation of upgrades: improve gathering and production, extend your starting time, unlock useful abilities and remember buildings for your next settlement. Each new realm begins its own legacy progression.

Adventure beyond the campfire

Choose paths through first-person realm scenery. Meet travelling traders, exchange resources and face interactive challenges: remember rune sequences, restore carved runes and find your way across a broken causeway. Later realms introduce different trials, from balancing a giant’s counterweights and clearing a blocked waterway to directing frozen light, working a forge, loading a ferry and defending against sentinel bolts. Familiar challenge types can still appear alongside the new ones. Risk and mistakes can cost resolve and send you back to camp. Discover realm-themed cosmetic heirlooms along the way.

Earn shelter from the storm

Adventures earn offline refuge—limited protection from Ragnarök while you are away. Plan your return: when that protection runs out, an unprotected town can fall in your absence. Build Yggdrasil’s shrine to save the realm permanently.

Prepare your people

Recruit warriors, craft weapons, follow a patron god and send expeditions beyond the settlement. Expedition success depends on preparation and timed outcomes, rather than directly controlled battles.
