After Senior SDR you choose: become an Account Executive and sell on your own, or take the SDR Team Lead job — keep your phone and carry a team at the same time. Two very different runs.
Miss the quota and the floor moves
Fall short and you land on a performance improvement plan. Fall short again and you ride the lift back down. Headhunters write while you are still falling: a bigger company, a lower rank, better commission. Take it and you start over with the prestige you earned.
